Borland Groover, a leading gastroenterology provider in Florida, is seeking an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to provide medical expertise in gastroenterology care within the hospital setting. You will assess patients, render appropriate services, and collaborate with supervising physicians.

The APRN will prescribe medications when appropriate, document thoroughly in the EMR, and provide education to patients.

Qualifications

• Requires Physician Assistant or ARNP degree and Florida license.
• Certified NP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with computer competency.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, assess, and render appropriate medical care for gastroenterology patients.
• Provide call coverage as needed.
• Prescribe medications when appropriate and document in the EMR.
• Lead nursing staff and coordinate with physicians.
• Deliver patient education to promote understanding of conditions and treatments.
