Job summary

Borland Groover is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its gastroenterology practice in Jacksonville, FL. The LPN will coordinate nursing care, educate patients, and support providers to maintain efficient patient flow in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include an active FL RN license, an associate degree in nursing, BLS, and 1 year of RN experience preferred. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential. Health benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Registered Nursing license.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• 1 year of RN experience in hospital or clinic setting preferred.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and patient education.
• Assist provider with examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications under physician orders.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes in electronic health records.
• Triaging and patient communication to ensure efficient flow.
