Job summary

Responsibilities include performing endoscopic procedures (EGD and colonoscopies), collaborating with the PACT team, and offering consultative GI services to the VA Medical Center. Qualifications

• MD/DO licensed in the United States with board certification in Gastroenterology.
• Current unrestricted medical license and eligibility for VA employment.
• Extensive experience performing GI endoscopic procedures (EGD, colonoscopy).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive GI care for outpatients, inpatients, and nursing home patients.
• Perform endoscopic procedures (EGD, colonoscopies) with conscious sedation.
• Collaborate with PACT team and VA staff; provide consultative GI services.
• Report to Associate Chief of Staff for Specialty Care; maintain documentation.
• Maintain schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
