The position requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years in dispatch or a customer service setting, with flexibility for day, evening, and night shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with experience in dispatching/call center environments.
• Knowledge of GIS, SAP, and dispatch systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Dispatcher on shift, monitoring system conditions and responding to gas and water disturbances.
• Manage normal system events and coordinate with teams to restore operations safely.
