The role acts as a central contact, ensuring timely responses, accurate information flow, and continuity in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required, with dispatcher or call center experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior dispatch or call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and coordinate requests for multiple utilities during nonbusiness hours.
• Dispatch on-call personnel and provide clear instructions for routine and emergency situations.
• Document events, actions, and communications in logs and databases.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
