Job summary

Centuri Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a Gas Utility Laborer in Richardson, TX. You will receive 1–4 weeks of paid training and work under a Foreman with Equipment Operators and Pipefitters, gaining hands-on experience in the gas utility trade.

Responsibilities include digging, loading, site safety, equipment maintenance, and complying with safety and operator qualifications. English proficiency is required; benefits include health insurance and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong desire to learn a new trade.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools to dig around existing utility structures to prevent damage.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Keep worksite clean and organized free from unnecessary hazards.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain all industry required Operator Qualifications.
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.
