Job summary

Centuri Group, Inc. is hiring a Gas Utility Laborer in Richardson, TX. You will receive paid on-the-job training and work with a foreman and skilled crew to safely install and maintain gas utility infrastructure.

Responsibilities include using hand tools to dig around existing structures, loading equipment, keeping the site organized, performing maintenance on vehicles, and maintaining operator qualifications. English fluency and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; safety instructions are in English
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Strong desire to learn a new trade

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools to dig around existing utility structures to prevent damage
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Keep worksite clean and organized free from unnecessary hazards
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on assigned vehicles and equipment
• Maintain all industry required Operator Qualifications
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership
