Job summary

Centuri Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a Gas Utility Laborer to support field teams in utility and energy infrastructure projects across North America.

This role includes 1–4 weeks of paid training to build essential field skills and to work safely under a Foreman alongside Equipment Operators and Pipe Fitters. Responsibilities include using hand tools, loading equipment, maintaining a clean site, and following safety instructions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong desire to learn a new trade.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools to dig around existing utility structures to prevent damage.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Keep worksite clean and organized free from unnecessary hazards.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain all industry required Operator Qualifications.
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.
