Job summary

Centuri seeks a Gas Utility Laborer to support field operations across North America. You’ll gain hands-on experience in excavation, trenching, and equipment operation under a Foreman and with Pipefitters, developing essential safety skills and trade competencies in a growing utility team.

Expect paid training and daily exposure to real-world infrastructure projects, with emphasis on safety, English-language safety instructions, and opportunities to advance in the gas utility trade.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.
• Strong willingness to learn a new trade.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools to dig around existing utility structures to prevent damage.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Keep worksite clean and organized, free from hazards.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain Operator Qualifications as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
