Job summary

Centuri is hiring a Gas Utility Laborer to work outdoors on utility projects across North America. You will receive paid on-the-job training, work under a Foreman, and gain hands-on experience in digging, trenching, shoring, and operating in the gas utility trade.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. The role offers growth opportunities with continued training and union participation, with weekly payroll and safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong desire to learn a new trade.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools to dig around existing utility structures to prevent damage.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Keep worksite clean and organized free from unnecessary hazards.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain all industry required Operator Qualifications.
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.
