Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years in EPC project management, business development, or operations leadership in gas turbine/power generation.
• At least 8 years in a leadership role with P&L accountability and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plan for Gas Turbines EPC portfolio aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee full P&L accountability, bookings, revenue, backlog, margin, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting.
• Lead business development and client relationships with owners, developers, utilities, OEMs, and engineering partners.
• Direct end-to-end EPC lifecycle from preconstruction to warranty support.
• Establish governance, risk management, and portfolio reviews for safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team with a safety-first culture.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and QA protocols.
