Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Director, Gas Turbines - EPC to drive strategic growth and operational excellence in the gas turbine EPC portfolio.

You will oversee market expansion, ensure superior project delivery, and optimize financial performance across diverse energy markets. This leadership role contributes to the employee-owners' shared prosperity through strong governance and collaboration with preconstruction, engineering, safety, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in EPC project management, business development, or operations leadership in gas turbine/power generation.
• At least 8 years in a leadership role with P&L accountability and portfolio management.
• PE license or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for Rosendin’s Gas Turbines EPC portfolio.
• Oversee full P&L accountability including bookings, revenue, backlog, margin, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead business development and client relationships to secure new projects and market share.
• Direct end-to-end EPC project lifecycle from preconstruction to warranty support.
• Establish governance, risk management, and monitor safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
