Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Director, Gas Turbines - EPC to lead strategic growth and operational excellence for the gas turbine EPC portfolio. You will drive market expansion, ensure project delivery excellence, and optimize financial performance across major power projects.

This role requires deep EPC experience, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate across preconstruction, engineering, safety, and finance teams to achieve results and shareholder value.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in EPC project management and power generation.
• Leadership with a track record managing large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of gas turbine technologies and markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plan for Gas Turbines EPC portfolio.
• Oversee full P&L, bookings, revenue, backlog, margin and cash flow.
• Lead business development with owners, developers, utilities, OEMs and partners.
• Manage end-to-end EPC lifecycle from preconstruction to warranty.
• Establish governance, risk management and portfolio reviews.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and QA standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery methods and technologies.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, engineering, safety and finance teams.
