Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking a Director, Gas Turbines – EPC to drive strategic growth and operational excellence across the gas turbine EPC portfolio. You will own the P&L, oversee major project deliveries, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-budget performance on high-profile power infrastructure projects.

The role requires deep gas turbine technology know-how, robust leadership, and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in complex EPC settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• PE license or PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership of large EPC projects with P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for Gas Turbines EPC portfolio.
• Oversee P&L, bookings, revenue, backlog, and forecasting.
• Lead business development with owners, developers, utilities, and OEMs.
• Direct end-to-end EPC lifecycle from preconstruction to start-up.
• Establish governance, risk management, and portfolio reviews.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, safety-focused team.
