Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Director, Gas Turbines - EPC to lead the growth and execution of the gas turbine EPC portfolio. You will drive market expansion, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and optimize financial performance across high-value power infrastructure projects.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate across preconstruction, engineering, safety, and finance to maximize efficiency and customer value.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of gas turbine power generation technologies, EPC project execution, and critical power infrastructure markets.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and commercial acumen with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Proficiency in project management software, financial modeling tools, and ERP systems common in construction.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Expertise in risk assessment, contract management, and developing mitigation strategies for complex EPC projects.
• Commitment to fostering a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for Rosendin's Gas Turbines EPC portfolio, aligning with overall company objectives and market opportunities.
• Oversee full P&L accountability for the portfolio, managing bookings, revenue, backlog, margin, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure sustained financial health.
• Lead business development and client relationship management with owners, developers, utilities, OEMs, and engineering partners to secure new project pursuits and market share.
• Direct the end-to-end EPC project lifecycle, from preconstruction and engineering through procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, performance testing, and warranty support.
• Establish robust project governance, risk management frameworks, and conduct regular portfolio reviews to monitor safety, quality, cost, schedule, and commercial performance.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, environmental requirements, and quality assurance protocols for all gas turbine EPC projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project delivery methodologies, technological advancements, and operational efficiency within the gas turbine sector.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Rosendin's preconstruction, engineering, safety, and finance teams to optimize resource allocation and project execution.
