Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Director, Gas Turbines - EPC to lead the gas turbine EPC portfolio and drive market expansion for power infrastructure in the United States.

The role demands strategic vision, strong P&L ownership, and the ability to build and mentor high‑performing teams, while collaborating with preconstruction, engineering, safety and finance to optimize resource allocation and project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 15+ years EPC leadership experience.
• 8+ years leading teams with P&L accountability in power/ gas turbine EPC.
• PE license or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on high‑value electrical construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Gas Turbines EPC portfolio.
• Oversee full P&L accountability including bookings, revenue, and forecasting.
• Lead business development and client relationship management with owners and developers.
• Manage end-to-end EPC lifecycle from preconstruction to commissioning.
• Establish governance, risk management, and portfolio reviews for safety, quality, cost and schedule.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, safety-focused team across all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and QA protocols across projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery methods and efficiency.
