GenSystems Power Solutions in Houston seeks a Gas Turbine Services Engineer to support teardown, inspection, repair, assembly, testing and final release of aeroderivative gas turbines. You will collaborate with service, manufacturing, quality, operations, supply chain and customers to meet OEM requirements and industry standards while delivering safe, efficient repairs in a hands-on shop environment.

Required: a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering and at least 5 years of experience

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional engineering experience with aeroderivative gas turbine engines (GE LM2500/LM6000, Siemens SGT-A05) or similar.

Responsabilidades

Develop optimized work scopes for gas turbine engines removed from service.
Lead the engineering process from teardown through testing and final release.
Create detailed work instructions, inspection packages and repair documentation.
Provide hands-on technical support during disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly and testing.
Analyze performance data to identify failure mechanisms and corrective actions.
