The role requires strong GD&T skills, 7–10 years in engineering leadership, and collaboration with repair shops to deliver safe, high-quality, cost-effective repair solutions.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with aircraft engines/aeroderivative gas turbine repair.
• Experience leading repair engineers and collaborating with repair shops.
• 7–10 years in technical leadership in engine repair.
• Strong technical communication with shop personnel.
• GD&T reading in drawings/models.
• 3+ years of technical leadership.
• English fluent; US work authorization required.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.

• Develop safe, high-quality, cost-effective repair processes.
• Introduce new repair processes into the repair shop.
• Ensure quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness to repair scopes.
• Streamline inspection and repair processes.
• Resolve WIP repair quality issues.
• Define and fabricate repair equipment and tooling.
• Mentor and develop a team of repair engineers.
• Set engineering strategies aligning with quality, safety, profitability.
• Provide engineering support for daily shop operations.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle times.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
