• Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Manage and improve technical training programs within ADDIE or SAM frameworks, ensuring compliance and safety.
• Lead instructional designers, training analysts, facilitators, and subject matter experts in program delivery.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align training with business needs and regulatory changes.
