Job summary

Essential Utilities, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Training Lead to guide the development and delivery of safety and technical training across the PNG operations.

You will partner with supervisors to analyze training needs, design programs, and measure ROI, while ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role requires extensive experience in safety/technical training within the gas sector, strong presentation skills, and the ability to drive organizational change through effective

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of safety/technical training experience; gas industry exposure preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, presenting, and updating training strategies.
• Bachelors in science or engineering preferred; related experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Lead, consult with and/or assist supervisors with technical training concerns and conditions.
• Develop and perform all initial and compliance-related technical training for new and current employees.
• Research applicability of SOPs and related procedures; recommend changes as needed.
• Provide presentations to executives and employees; create visual displays as needed.
• Analyze operations trends to improve efficiency and training practices.
