Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. CSI in Kent, WA seeks a Customer Service Representative to cook, cashier, and clean. This part-time role covers mornings, afternoons, and weekend availability at CSI #1153.

You will provide friendly guest service, handle POS transactions, and maintain sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include food preparation, promoting store specials, and ensuring shelves are stocked while adhering to local health regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and instructions.
• Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise good judgement.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Must possess up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by location.
• Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greet customers professionally.
• Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely.
• Maintain cash drawer and perform cashier reconciliation at shift end.
• Perform station cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas, including restrooms and pumps.
• Prepare food and hot beverages and manage foodservice items to maximize sales.
• Actively promote store specials and marketing programs.
• Cross-check prices of delivered goods for accuracy.
• Distribute delivered goods and ensure shelves are stocked throughout the store.
