Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking an entry-level Stocking Clerk to ensure shelves are stocked and customers have an exceptional shopping experience. You will stock grocery products, move items from pallets to shelves, and keep back-room areas organized with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires physical tasks, the ability to work overnight shifts, and a willingness to learn basic technology. Meijer offers weekly pay, team discounts, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers as needed.
