Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Gas Station Clerk to deliver excellent customer service and maintain well-stocked shelves. This entry-level role involves merchandising, assisting customers, and contributing to safe, organized store operations.

You will stock, ship-from-pallet tasks, and assist leadership to complete areas on time, while staying friendly and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn and use basic technology.
• Follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
• Stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a team player who supports shared goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to shelves accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
