Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking an entry-level Stocking Clerk to ensure shelves are stocked and customers have a great shopping experience. You will move products from pallets to shelves, pull backstock, and keep the back room organized while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

You will work overnight shifts, follow procedures, and contribute to a cooperative team focused on efficient operations and friendly service. Physical tasks up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position focused on customer service and merchandising.
• Comfort with learning basic technology and following procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to shelf locations.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
