Job summary

Energy Transfer seeks a Gas Scheduler to perform daily gas scheduling for pipeline and plant assets. You will handle nominations, confirmations, scheduling, and allocations, while balancing daily imbalances with producers and pipelines under contractual and system rules.

You will work with shippers, Gas Control, Operations, Accounting, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth flow, timely reporting, and accurate scheduling data for close and invoicing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required for level progression.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills required.
• Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities essential.
• Ability to prioritize and schedule amidst changing priorities.
• On-call availability for assigned assets.

Responsibilities

• Nominate, confirm, and schedule volumes in transaction systems or spreadsheets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide prompt service to inquiries.
• Collaborate with shippers, Gas Control, Operations, Accounting, Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Manage offload interconnects and analyze contracts/volumes.
• Manage shipper and OBA imbalances daily.
• Coordinate with stakeholders during plant/pipeline events to ensure flow and nominations.
• Support close processes with scheduling data for invoicing.
