Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; gas industry experience preferred (equivalent years may be considered)
• 1–3 years scheduling experience in natural gas industry preferred
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to interface with customers via telephone in a professional manner

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve issues regarding natural gas transport scheduling, allocations, and imbalances
• Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer issues
• Process nominations and confirmations following federally mandated deadlines
• Collaborate with producers, marketers, and downstream interconnects to manage imbalances
• Assist with processing allocations of physical flow
• Execute daily commercial activities requiring nominations
• Comply with NAESB and FERC tariff policies
• Lead special projects and contribute to system testing and enhancements
• Maintain relationships with pipelines, producers, marketers, and internal owners
• Perform additional duties as assigned
