This foundational role develops expertise to manage natural gas nominations, storage and pipeline arrangements, supporting TMV's obligations with internal teams and external counterparties.

The position emphasizes accuracy, data integrity, and collaboration in a dynamic environment, with structured training and progression toward independent scheduling responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical background with problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work after normal hours and some weekends.
• Reliable, predictable attendance and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support nominating natural gas purchases, sales and storage activities.
• Meet tight deadlines for nominations and share required information with transmission companies.
• Develop knowledge of gas transmission systems and rate/fuel information.
• Monitor natural gas imbalances across suppliers, markets and storage.
• Enter nomination activity into the gas nomination system per internal methods.
• Communicate deviations from scheduled nominations to TMV personnel and customers.
• Assist in verifying invoices from transmission companies.
