Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license in state of residency.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work 24/7 with shift rotations and call outs.
• Ability to work in high-stress emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain plant equipment and systems.
• Optimize processing by maintaining proper product specifications.
• Respond to alarms and take corrective measures.
• Monitor pressures, temperatures, and flow to meet targets.
• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Support third-party contractors during construction or maintenance.
• May perform lab tests and basic repairs as needed.
• Use SCADA to monitor field compressor status.
