Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of management experience within petrochemical, Oil, Gas, Energy, or Power Generation environments.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to be hands-on with equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full gas processing operation, including direct supervision of plant employees, equipment and safety.
• Serve as the lead onsite representative, providing both technical expertise and operational direction to plant personnel.
• Collaborate and interface with the host landfill partner (Republic Services), regulatory agencies, and key customers.
• Drive achievement of critical plant performance metrics, including downtime/uptime production targets and safety standards.
