Job summary

Searchmasters Inc. is seeking a Plant Operations Manager to oversee the full gas processing operation, directly supervising plant staff, equipment, and safety programs.

You will act as the onsite lead, providing technical direction, coordinating with Republic Services, regulators, and key customers to meet uptime targets and safety standards. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on ability are essential, as are leadership and communication skills to drive performance and ensure compliance across

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of management experience within petrochemical, Oil, Gas, Energy, or Power Generation environments.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to be hands-on with equipment as needed.
