Job summary

Blattner Energy seeks a Manager I – Site Safety to lead a team of safety professionals on large projects. You will implement site safety plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide teams to prevent incidents across field operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, hazard recognition, data-driven improvements, and collaboration with site leadership to maintain a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety or health or equivalent experience.
• BCSP certification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of construction safety experience.
• Proven leadership and supervisory ability.
• Strong communication, presentation and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety professionals to plan and oversee safety initiatives on large projects.
• Apply HSE policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Identify unsafe patterns and drive corrective actions with leadership.
• Coach staff on hazard recognition and safety improvements.
• Oversee incident investigations and regulatory reporting.
• Direct risk assessments and safety program development on site.
