Job summary

Blattner Company is seeking a Project Engineer to direct daily project-site operations under the Site Manager, supervising Field Engineers and Quality personnel while ensuring Blattner processes are learned and followed. The role emphasizes cost control, scheduling, and client satisfaction across multiple trades.

The incumbent will manage quality plans, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure IRA compliance, with paid travel rotations and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations).

Responsibilities

• Directs daily project site operations under Site Manager supervision.
• Supervises Field Engineers, Project Administrative Assistants, and Quality personnel.
• Ensures site compliance with IRA requirements.
• Sets daily production and cost targets for the team; tracks cost and production.
• Collaborates with Project/ Site Manager on change orders and schedule updates.
• Coordinates subcontractors, vendors, and material suppliers; manages payments.
