Job summary

Blattner is expanding its energy construction leadership into gas power generation, building a new business with support from decades of energy sector success. This role directs the daily project site operations under the Site Manager, focusing on cost control, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.

You will supervise Field Engineers, Quality personnel, and Project Administrative Assistants, ensuring Blattner processes are learned and demonstrated, while partnering with the project team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations)

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations of the project site, under the supervision of the Site Manager
• Leads cost control, quality processes, quantity tracking, and project documentation
• Supervises Field Engineers, Quality personnel, and Project Administrative Assistants to ensure Blattner processes are learned and applied
• Partners with the project team to understand multiple trades and ensure site compliance with IRA requirements
