Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations).
Responsibilities
- Directs daily site operations under the Site Manager.
- Leads cost control, quality processes, quantity tracking, job book, project documentation, procurement, schedule, and client satisfaction.
- Supervises Field Engineers, Quality personnel, and Project Administrative Assistants; ensures Blattner processes are learned and followed.
- Ensures site compliance with IRA requirements and coordinates with subcontractors, payroll, HR, and legal as needed.
