Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in natural gas processing, compression and/or pipeline preferred, but will train as necessary.
• Ability to function autonomously.
• Strong safety awareness and incident response readiness.

Responsibilities

• Operate natural gas facility equipment and associated systems.
• Start-up and shutdown of equipment and adjust controls to maintain pressure and flow within safe ranges.
• Visually inspect equipment and controls for malfunctions and perform lubrication and minor repairs.
• Perform de-pressurizing, purging, and leak surveys of pipelines and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on compressors, dehydrators, valves, pumps, and related systems.
• Maintain site cleanliness and coordinate with contractors for facility maintenance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper record keeping for DOT, MPSC, and OQ plans.
