Job summary

DT Midstream is seeking a Field Pipeline Technician Level II to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of natural gas compressor stations and gathering systems across our Midwestern sites. The role emphasizes safe practices, regulatory compliance, and proactive maintenance to ensure reliable gas service.

Responsibilities include starting and stopping equipment, inspecting systems, performing minor maintenance, and supervising contract crews while maintaining thorough records and adherence

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; three years of valve maintenance and leak survey experience; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate natural gas pipeline equipment including compressors, dehydrators, valves, and measurement equipment.
• Start up and shut down equipment; monitor gauges and records.
• Perform gas leakage surveys and pipeline patrols; locate underground pipelines.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance; follow OQ plans and DOT/Regulatory requirements.
• Lead/assist contract labor on pipeline maintenance; collaborate on improvements.
