Peoples, an Essential Utilities company, is seeking an O&M Supervisor for the South Region (Ginger Hill, Greensburg, Waynesburg). The role operates on a 4x10 schedule, supervising gas operations facilities and guiding a team to meet reliability and safety goals.

You will plan and schedule work, monitor budgets, review contractor activities, ensure compliance with PNG, PUC and Federal rules, and develop staff through training and performance management in a collaborative, safety‑driven

Formación

• 5+ years experience in gas operations or related industry.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience or advancing duties.
• Understanding of PUC, CFR and/or DOT regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise maintenance, repair, and restoration of gas operations facilities.
• Coordinate with teams to meet reliability and safety goals.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor work; coordinate with outside sources as needed.
• Perform pre/post job inspections and safety observations.
• Resolve design issues, material discrepancies, and contractor invoices.
• Ensure SOPs and regulations are followed; audit readiness.
• Mentor employees and contractors; manage productivity and performance.
