Peoples, an Essential Utilities company, is seeking an O&M Supervisor for the South Region (Ginger Hill, Greensburg, Waynesburg) on the 2nd shift. You will supervise gas operations facilities, manage projects, safety, compliance, and budget while coordinating with contractors and internal teams.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years in gas operations, 1 year in leadership, and knowledge of PUC/DOT regulations; a HS diploma is required with a BS preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in gas operations or related field.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Understanding of PUC, CFR and/or DOT regulations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise maintenance, repair and restoration of gas operations facilities.
• Plan, schedule, assign and monitor work; coordinate with contractors.
• Ensure safety observations and compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Monitor budgets and control overtime.
• Provide training and develop employees and contractors.
• Act as point of contact for audits.
