Job summary

Peoples, an Essential Utilities company, seeks an O&M Supervisor for the South Region (Ginger Hill, Greensburg, Waynesburg) on the second shift (Mon-Thu, 12 PM–10 PM). You will supervise maintenance, repair and restoration of gas operations facilities and coordinate reliability and safety goals.

You will plan and schedule work, monitor budgets and contractor activities, review invoices, and ensure compliance with PNG, PUC and Federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of gas operations or related industry experience.
• At least one year in a leadership role.
• Understanding of PUC, CFR and/or DOT regulations.
• Proven ability in systems and project management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance, repair and restoration of gas facilities and projects.
• Plan, schedule, assign and monitor work during regular, outage or emergency periods.
• Ensure safety observations and SOP/regulation compliance.
• Monitor contractor activities and approve project invoices.
• Coordinate training and oversee employee performance.
