Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires either an Associate degree or a high school diploma with related work experience.
• Experience coordinating field work and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with local, state, and federal government on pre-construction, repairs, locates, permits, and encroachment documents.
• Assign and coordinate work for internal resources and crews.
• Resolve operational service issues and manage scheduled work orders with Scheduling & Operations.
• Communicate with police, fire, medical, and other resources for appropriate response.
• Monitor progress of field staff and ensure order commitments are met.
• Support field personnel and demonstrate leadership.
