Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Gas Operations Planner in the New England region. The role plans, forecasts, and schedules field workload, creating staffing models and reports to improve efficiency.

You will develop time and cost plans, distribute compliance work, and ensure on-time project delivery, with travel among MA/CT/NH as needed. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing and support emergency restoration assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Gas Operations or related field.
• Proficiency with PC desktop applications (Microsoft Office, Work Management, spreadsheets).

Responsibilities

• Generates district work plans and schedules to meet workload demands.
• Develops short and long-term staffing models and forecasting.
• Monitors workload to maximize productivity and control costs.
• Prepares management reports and distributes district compliance work.
• Ensures projects are completed timely and cost-effectively per policy.
