Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Gas Operations Planner to plan, organize, and manage the Gas Distribution field workload. The role involves forecasting, staffing, scheduling, and producing management reports to support capital projects and maintenance initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing district work plans, monitoring workload, and ensuring cost-effective, timely completion of projects while complying with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years in Gas Operations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Generates district work plans and schedules that ensure resources are available to meet workload demands.
• Monitors current and future workload to maximize productivity and meet SLA’s.
• Creates and maintains accurate short and long-term forecasting and staffing models.
• Develops time and cost schedules for district management through analysis of survey statistics and productivity information.
• Prepares weekly and monthly workload status reports for management.
