Job summary

Eversource seeks a first-level supervisor to oversee field service teams responsible for meters, piping, and customer premises in its Gas Service territory. You will plan, schedule, inspect work, coach staff, and ensure compliance with safety rules, labor contracts, and company standards while coordinating with customers and other departments.

Five or more years in field service or utility operations and a bachelor's in applied sciences are preferred. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applied sciences or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years in field service, utility operations or technical discipline and/or customer service experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages performance by reviewing and evaluating work of employees.
• Directs work planning and prioritizes schedules for resources.
• Ensures safety, regulatory compliance and company standards.
• Communicates with customers and coordinates with other departments.
