Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a first-level supervisory professional to oversee field crews in gas service operations, including planning, scheduling, and inspecting work on meters, piping, and customer premises.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customers and departments, coaching staff, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and directing emergency response and storm duty as needed. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applied sciences or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in field service, utility operations or technical discipline and/or customer service experience.
• Must possess and maintain Operator Qualifications.
• Valid Motor Vehicle Operator License is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance by reviewing and evaluating work of employees.
• Schedule and plan work for optimal resource utilization.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with customers and company departments; review construction job requirements.
• Direct on-call supervisory assignments and storm duty as required.
