Job summary

National Fuel is seeking a Utility Technician to support meter reading and customer service in the Buffalo Metropolitan Area and Western New York service territory. The role involves reading meters, entering readings on an iPhone, and working outdoors in all weather while upholding safety standards.

A valid driver’s license is required and flexibility to travel between service centers is expected. Candidates may be subject to a DOT drug test and random testing as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Read residential and commercial gas meters accurately.
• Input meter readings on an iPhone for correct billing.
• Work outdoors in all weather and walk long distances.
• Handle customer inquiries and perform collection work.
