Job summary

USIC is hiring for an Advanced Gas Operations locator. You will use locating equipment to identify gas lines in designated areas and mark the sites to prevent damage. Some hand digging may be required, and you’ll follow all safety guidelines.

The role is daytime, full-time with overtime/on-call shifts as needed. Benefits include paid training, a company vehicle, a fuel card, and a 401(k) with company match, plus DailyPay and other perks.

Qualifications

• Able and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to pass a drug screen due to safety sensitive role.
• Proficient with maps/tickets and basic math for distances.

Responsibilities

• Use locating equipment to determine gas line locations and mark areas to prevent damage.
• Occasional hand digging to uncover gas lines.
• Adhere to all damage prevention guidelines and safety protocols.
• Travel locally during the day; overtime and on-call shifts may be required.
