Qualifikationen

• This role typically calls for up to two years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of locating gas lines and pipeline system operations.
• Ability to read maps/blueprints and apply basic arithmetic.
• Familiarity with customer service and safety procedures.

Aufgaben

• Drive and maintain company vehicle; operate tools and equipment.
• Assist with pipeline locating using conductive, inductive and mark by measurement.
• Complete line locating procedures and maintain OKIE 811 compliance.
• Turn gas service off, remove meters, and install electronic reader transmitters (ERTs).
• Inspect, calibrate, maintain, and repair leakage survey tools and equipment.
• Patrol and maintain pipeline markers and complete encroachment investigations.
• Prepare and update reports (maintenance, mileage, time sheets, logs).
• Maintain records of orders, miles, customer information and leak classifications.
• Perform leakage surveys on pipelines as applicable; ensure regular attendance.
• Possess a valid driver's license; travel to site as required.
