Qualifications

• Requires ability to communicate with internal/external customers.
• Requires ability to utilize the Company’s internet/intranet resources for data entry and retrieval tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service requests including connections and disconnections as qualified.
• Install, program and operate Wireless Meter Reading (WMR) equipment as needed.
• Assist with emergency response activities to ensure gas and other emergencies are addressed promptly.
• Complete and maintain accurate records and reports per Company and regulatory requirements.
• May read meters and record usage for billing.
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in required safety training.
• Perform duties with safety-sensitive responsibilities including DOT/PHMSA screenings and MVR checks.
