Responsibilities

• Monitor product health and quality for LPSD gas engines in the field.
• Investigate warranty claims and anticipate field issues to drive improvements.
• Launch CPI projects and publish field support plans.
• Provide accurate financial forecasts for CPI projects with field plans.
• Collaborate with dealers and reps to resolve complex technical issues.
• Apply Applied Failure Analysis to investigate critical failures.
• Support major problems to resolve warranty claims and advise maintenance options.
• Provide monthly updates to leadership on field population trends.
• Visit dealers and customers to offer technical assistance for urgent problems.
• Advise DSN Tier 2 analysts and coordinate with engineering teams.
