Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.

• Knowledge of CAD/engineering tools and design practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead NTI/NPI engineering efforts and CPI projects.
• Ensure program requirements and cost targets are met.
• Configure product price lists and BOM management.
• Lead engine hardware design direction with L3 systems engineers.
• Conduct DFMEA and design reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Support production builds and CTS/APQP processes.
• Collaborate with service, marketing and validation teams.
